“E-bikes are a great way to explore the beautiful city of San Francisco, my fault for not asking in advance and not adding insurance (although only covers half of the cost), left the bike locked in went for dinner by Embarcadero, came back out , chain got broken and bike stolen, I had to pay $2500, it ruined our stay, sales representative could warn us about safety in the city. Company says there is not tracking system for the bikes.”
